One ‘TAPFIN Partner of the Year Award’ given to the highest performer overall, who also routinely goes above and beyond, received exceptional feedback, and maintains a strategic overall partnership with TAPFIN
‘TAPFIN Top 5 Elite Award’ will be given to the five best performers overall who also received superior feedback and maintain strategic partnerships with TAPFIN
Elite Partners are the top twenty-five (25) performers overall, actively supporting three or more TAPFIN programs in that year, and also received excellent TAPFIN feedback Premier Partners are in the top fifty (50) performers overall, who received positive TAPFIN team feedback Partners were rated by TAPFIN team members on the following subjective criteria:
• ENGAGE strategically with TAPFIN as a partner
• PROVIDE highly responsive, reliable services, within program guidelines (no infractions)
• SUPPORT multiple job categories, locations and client programs; help with new locations or skill sets at client or TAPFIN request
• PARTICIPATE in supplier summits, advisory boards, and committees
• HELP bring out-of-scope headcount into TAPFIN programs, share leads and industry info
