Today CorTech is proud to announce that they have completed the acquisition of Victory Personnel with their USA Headquarters out of Milwaukee, WI. Victory Personnel was led by Joe Tucker – CEO and Mike Farrell - VP. Victory Personnel is a powerhouse diversity temporary labor payroll provider for the fortune 1000.
CorTech will merge the Victory Personnel brand with CorTech’s Diverse Pay operations located in Atlanta, GA. CorTech’s Diverse Pay brand lives under Ben Rosencrants, President of CorTech Brands operation.
“We are excited to add the Victory Personnel brand to our Diverse Pay operations. CorTech’s Diverse Pay is a premium tier 1 diversity payroll add-on to the CorTech StaffingXL MSP/VMS operations led by CorTech VP Jennifer White. StaffingXL is a MSP solution that is targeting the small to middle tier markets. Victory Personnel will be the premier tier 1 diversity payroll solution for all MSP/VMS clients going forward for the StaffingXL solution.” Stated CorTech CEO Vincent Rossy.
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but with the Victory acquisition CorTech will now have over 200+ million in annual sales and north of 10 million of EBITDA.
