CorTech Fills Holes in California Market
Today Atlanta, GA based CorTech International has acquired the assets of V-Force Staffing Solutions with their headquarters located in Folsom, CA.
V-Force is an industrial and clerical staffing solution provider with 13 offices in the USA. V-Force has 11 offices in CA, 1 in Texas and 1 in Florida.
V-Force management will stay on board to run the operation for CorTech. Ron Wolcott, the current v-Force President will stay on board to run the current operations, as well as Brad Brosaltis, VP of Operations and Todd Zemlock, VP of Sales. The V-Force operations will fall under Ben Rosencrants, President of CorTech Brands umbrella.

The combined operations will on a proforma basis leaps CorTech’s 2018 sales to 252 million and 260 Million with profroma EBITDA between 14.5 million and 15.3 Million. CorTech will have 6300 billing associates with 750 +- Clients billed for 2018.
