CorTech Acquired Second Compnay in Two Weeks
CorTech International today announced that they have acquired 9 California based offices from TPS/Decton LI. CorTech has expanded its local CA base with additional clients as well as internal talent with the goal to grow and become a larger player in the local market.
With the acquisition CorTech should have roughly 290+- full-time internal employees and have just under 10,000 +- temporary associates working at client/user locations.
CorTech is excited about the oppty and definitely excited about the rich talent that the TPS/Decton LI team brings to the table. This would be the second acquisition CorTech International has made in the last two weeks.
With the combination CorTech's 2020 proforma revenue estimates should be at a range of 336 million to 346 million +- with the EBITDA estimates for 2020 will be roughly 25 million +-.
