Jim Cogliano CTS, CPSAE, Senior Vice President
Jim Cogliano is a senior business executive with over 28 years in the staffing industry. As Senior Vice President, his initiative is on developing and growing CorTech’s presence in the IT/Networking space. Jim’s focus is to provide CorTech’s clients with top IT/Network talent to fulfill their short and long-term staffing needs.
Jim started in the staffing industry as recruiter and worked his way up to President of Sullivan and Cogliano, a boutique IT/Network Staffing firm acquired by CorTech who specializes in white glove treatment for their clients. At Sullivan and Cogliano, Jim developed the Application Development, Network Infrastructure and Project Staffing groups to service clients’ needs throughout North America.
Jim resides in Westford, MA with his wife and 4 children. He is involved in coaching and supporting youth athletics and is a founding member of the Westford Charitable Foundation, an organization setup to provide support to Westford families in need. Jim earned a BS Degree in Business Management for Springfield College and holds various staffing industry certifications including Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Certified Professional Services Account Executive (CPSAE).
