Moises Ponce, Senior Vice President for Cor-Tech International.
Moises has over 13 years of experience in the staffing industry. He began his management career with JC Penney where he spent 22 years and helped manage operations at the Buena Park facility. From there Moises got his start in staffing management with Horizon Personnel Services where he managed 10 branches; 3 of the branches being out of state. In June of 2015 he was given the opportunity to work for Dectonli where he was handed the challenge to grow their light industrial business. Moises eagerly accepted the challenge and was excited to prove himself. Dectonli was later acquired by TPS where he was also able to grow the business as well.
Moises is known to be a mentor to his fellow coworkers. He likes to lead by example and is willing to jump in and perform any task as needed. Moises spends his free time enjoying sporting events, fine wine and an occasional Cuban cigar. Moises enjoys spending time with his 3 kids supporting all their endeavors and being number one grandpa to his five grandchildren.
