Michelle Bailey, Director of Human Resources
Michelle Bailey is a Human Resources professional with 12 years of experience in strategic human resource management, talent acquisition, training and development, succession planning, benefits and compensation management, federal and state law compliance, and organizational development in multiple industries.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s (BS) in Business with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing her MBA and HR certification. She also acquired her cosmetology license 14 years ago in her hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Cor-Tech, Michelle worked as a Human Resource Manager in various manufacturing facilities. She has experience with mergers and acquisitions as well as companies with rapid growth. In addition, she has developed leadership training programs to aid in the success of executives and managers at various levels.
Michelle currently resides in north Georgia with her significant other, her two daughters, and her beloved pomeranians. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, reading, cooking, traveling and developing her dog breeding program.
