Brad Brozaitis, Sr. Vice President of Western Operations
Brad Brozaitis is a staffing professional with over 20 years of experience. He first joined CorTech in 2018 when he stepped in to run the California Operations. Brad’s focus is on the growth and expansion of the Western United States. Recently he has expanded his territory into Nevada, Utah and Arizona with future locations coming in Washington and Oregon. Through organic growth Brad is focused on the continued growth of the Western Region.
Brad started in the Staffing Industry have graduating from the University of Washington (where he also played football). His career started in California where he has been based since 1997. He came into the industry the ground floor as a junior recruiter working his way up over the years. Brad has worked with many different industries over the years from Light Industrial, Administrative to Technical and Executive placements. He currently manages the day to day operations for 23 locations while diversifying the verticals in which we perform business. Brad loves the challenge of resolving work place difficulties for the clients and delivering a solution that helps our clients meet their customer’s needs.
Away from the office Brad enjoys spending time with this wife and 3 daughters. They spend a lot of time traveling to softball tournaments and tennis matches, as two of them play competitive softball and one plays tennis. Brad and his wife enjoy getting away and going on hikes when time allows. During football season you can always find Brad close to a TV watching his University of Washington Huskies!
