Michelle Spitz - HR Director
Michelle Spitz brings over 15 years experience aligning organizational missions with people processes to drive results. Michelle is a SHRM-SCP executive with a J.D. from Emory Law School and serves as the Director of Human Resources at CorTech LLC.
After practicing law with an emphasis on insurance and employment litigation at Alston & Bird, Lexis and Fortis, Michelle's passion for people and processes inspired a transition to HR leadership as both a tactical and strategic contributor. Michelle has advised across business functions on a variety of risk and compliance concerns and conflict resolution. Most recently, Michelle spent several years in the non-profit sector building a comprehensive and people-centric HR function where she led talent acquisition, benefits optimization, workforce planning and change management.
Michelle lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with her two sons, James and Benjamin. When she's out of the office, Michelle can usually be found in the gym or spending time with her family and friends. She is an ACE-certified fitness trainer and avid traveler.
