Ben Rosencrants, President
Ben Rosencrants has 22 years experience in the areas of temporary labor, staffing, leadership, and recruitment. As the President of CorTech Brands, he assists the CEO in the aggressive and successful growth of CorTech and CorTech’s employees. As well, Ben directs the day-to-day operations and the overall strategic direction of CorTech.
Ben started in the recruiting industry as a Regional Recruiter at CIBER in Tampa Bay, Florida. He finished in the top 5% of all CIBER Recruiters nationwide in the first year of recruiting. Later, Ben gained experience at Decision Consultants as a Technical Staffing Manager, Staff Augmentation Business Development Manager, and a Solutions Business Development Manager.
After working for Decision Consultants, he started a consulting company where he created staffing and recruiting best practices, policies and methods for start up to mid-sized recruiting companies.
Ben enjoys public speaking and has given presentations on staffing, recruiting and market data to organizations like CareerBuilder. He enjoys spending time with his 2 daughters and son. Ben loves travel, and has briefly been on 6 continents. In addition, Ben is an avid cyclist, and fluent in Portuguese. Ben holds a BS Degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
