Lindsey Ostrander, Sr. Division Vice President - Midwest/Eastern Operations.
Lindsey Ostrander has over 10 years of successful experience in the staffing industry. She began her career employing individuals in all fields of work throughout the WI & IL region. Lindsey has a proven track record of success in this recruiting role, growing select clients and was quickly promoted to a Senior Recruiter.
Lindsey later joined JEX Staffing in 2014 as an Area Manager. She managed and promoted growth in locations across six states Lindsey maintained her role as an Area Manager when CorTech later acquired JEX Staffing in 2015. She successfully fulfilled the positions of Office, Branch and Area Manager, balancing her duties of both the Front Office work and Back Office jobs as needed.
CorTech quickly promoted Lindsey to Program Director. She accepted the challenge to transition into this role quickly and efficiently. She managed over 40 CorTech staff members along with implementation of innovative programs, restructuring of current programs and increasing the overall client satisfaction throughout the US, Canada & Puerto Rico. This ultimately resulted in increased revenue by adding additional programs, program extensions and expansions due to her and her team’s accomplishments.
Most recently, Lindsey has been promoted as of 2021 to Sr. Vice President of Midwest / Eastern Operations. She currently drives the day-to-day operations, growth in revenue, profits and customer satisfactions by utilizing her skills of management, strategic development, implementation, business development and collaboration.
Lindsey currently resides in Brodhead, WI with her son, significant other and two dogs, enjoying time away traveling along with camping, & fishing.
