JP Rogers, Senior VP of Sales
JP Rogers first joined CorTech in 2005 and currently serves as the Sr VP of Sales. His day to day tasks include creating strategies to gain entry into new markets, increasing profitability, and cultivating client relationships. Prior to this existing role, he served as CorTech's Director of Sales from 2008 to 2013, during which time he helped to increase revenue over 450% and expand CorTech's reach into numerous new industries and geographic locations. These results have allowed CorTech to receive various awards and recognition from both our customer base and also throughout the staffing industry.
Before being tasked with spearheading CorTech’s sales initiatives, JP served as both a Recruiter and later Account Manager within CorTech’s search group. During this time he supported several different Fortune 500 organizations and played a key role in allowing CorTech to be viewed as preeminent supplier of top talent. Prior to working at CorTech, JP started his career as a Recruiter with Allegis Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the School of Public & International Affairs at the University of Georgia.
